Дубликаты файлов в Gradle-built.War-файл

у меня проблема с дубликатами файлов с моим скриптом сборки Gradle.

моя структура каталогов является стандартом maven, а также некоторые дополнительные каталоги для различных конфигураций сборки:

/src/main/java
/src/main/resources
/src/main/dev/resources
/src/main/prod/resources

файлы /src/main/resources и /src/main/dev/resources по-видимому, обрабатываются как processResources и war задача, и в конечном итоге .файл войны дважды. как я могу предотвратить это, не исключая вручную каждый файл в войне конфигурация?

вся моя сборка.gradle включен ниже; Примечание buildEnvironment установлено значение dev по умолчанию, но может быть prod.
