я добавил банку в libs (у меня есть оба, v13 и v4), но ошибка все еще сохраняется. Спасибо.

EDIT: после изменения v13 на v4 многие ошибки исчезают, оставаясь только 2.

super (fm); конструктор FragmentStatePageAdapter (FragmentManager) является не определено.

и

public Fragment getItem (int position) - тип возврата несовместим с FragmentStatePageAdapter.метод getitem(инт).
