Если ваш нижний колонтитул когда-то станет сложным изображением, и его будет трудно нарисовать с SVG и он может быть циклическим (несколько повторяющихся волн вместо одной) - вы можете создать изображение шаблона и повторить его в качестве фона. Шаблон ниже-это просто пример, и он не идеально склеен.
