Не удается создать или перенести базу данных после обновления до Aspnet Identity версии 2

обновившись с рабочей бета-версии 2 до RC AspNet.Identity (core и EF) теперь я получаю ошибку при попытке запустить свой проект или перенести базу данных.

это ошибка, которую я получаю в консоли диспетчера пакетов при попытке добавить миграцию:

теперь я не могу запустить мой проект и не знаю как это исправить. Я не могу найти ссылку на "Microsoft".сеть САШ.Тождественность.EntityFramework, версия=1.0.0.0 ' в любом месте моего решения.
