NuGet не удается загрузить PowerShell

У меня есть проблема, похожая на проблему рефлектора, за исключением того, что у меня нет установленного плагина рефлектора, и я все еще не могу запустить консоль NuGet. Я работаю на Windows 7 Professional, против 2010 SP1.
