pip install pygraphviz: пакет 'libcgraph' не найден

мне удается установить graphviz и cgraph С

$ sudo pip install graphviz
....

$ sudo pip install cgraph
...
Successfully installed cgraph-0.1

я попробовал решения, предоставленные Python не видит pygraphviz, но это не работает.
