pip установить mysqlclient не удалось " работает setup.py колесо bdist для mysqlclient ... ошибка"

Я пытаюсь запустить свой проект Python 3 на моем недавно отформатированном Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4, сначала запустив pipenv install чтобы получить зависимости, но это не удается.

в частности, часть, где не удается установить зависимости, является частью mysqlclient.

это сообщение об ошибке появляется:

Я достаточно расстроен, чтобы захотеть удалить весь мой python установки, но я просто боюсь, что я могу испортить что-то с Mac, который полагается на предварительно построенную устаревшую версию Python.

Как правильно установить мои зависимости?
