Платформа.NET « Не регистрируется Microsoft.mshtml.dll

При установке собственного плагина на другом компьютере не регистрируется Microsoft.mshtml.dll, которая лежит в папке плагина. При чем на моем компе, да и на некоторых других все работает нормально.
