Sphinx-apidoc на django ошибка сборки html на ' django.ядро.исключения.AppRegistryNotReady`

вопрос справочная информация:

я хочу писать документы со сфинксом в моем проекте django и автоматически создавать документы с моими комментариями кода django.

теперь у меня есть проект django(1.9), структура файла следующая:

тогда, как видите, я ставлю docs папка, которая содержит Сфинкс проект в формате doc.

теперь я могу редактировать *.rst файлы и build html.

но когда я попытался autodoc в содержание, оно терпит неудачу.
