SQL запрос, с несколькими условиями и сортировка по нескольким полям.

Утро доброе. Подскажите как правильно составить запрос SQL, точнее для MySQL.
Есть таблица:
id | checked | top

(это только кусочек таблицы)
Нужно выбрать только тех, в которых

вывести первым.

Как аналог могу сказать, скажем есть форум, и там есть возможность особые темы прикреплять в топе, вот и мне нужно чтото подобное, то есть отсортировать по полю id и top и выбрать только тех у кого check = true.

Да, есть вариант делать в два запроса, но меня интересует, можно ли в один запрос все засунуть?
