1. идентификатор отношения заголовка - " r97 " в моем примере. Возможно, вы хотели бы решить уникальный rId самостоятельно
2. то же самое для relationshipId нижнего колонтитула ("r98")
3. и верхний и Нижний колонтитулы имеют жестко закодированный абзац с некоторым текстом.
