Я знаю, что если sed это версия GNU, проверка версии может быть выполнена как

но это не работает в OS X. Как я могу это сделать?

это, вероятно, не тот ответ, который вы ищете, но вы не можете. Mac OS X sed не имеет возможности показать номер версии.

в двоичном файле нет даже номера версии:

глядя, хотя различные версии sed на text_cmds изменений не так много.

  • 10.0.0 Используется NetBSD sed С осени 1998 года
  • 10.3.0 Используется FreeBSD sed С осени 2002, но оставил справочную страницу без изменений, добавление -E расширенные регулярные выражения и -i редактирование на месте.
  • 10.4.0 были некоторые исправления для редактирования на месте, и изменил man-страницу на операционная система FreeBSD man-page с осени 2004 года.
  • 10.5.0 обновлено до FreeBSD sed с осени 2005 года, добавлено -l линейно-буферизованный выход и больше уточнений / исправлений на месте редактирование.
  • 10.6.0 добавлена ссылка compat(5) на главной странице.

версия операционной системы может быть проверено, вместо sed утилита, с помощью uname -r или sw_vers -productversion:
