Ошибка CRM 365 callManagerInfo в плагинах

после обновления CRM 2013 на предприятии до CRM365 проблема с плагинами начала возникать. Каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь использовать iorganizationservice из плагина для любой операции, я получаю ошибку. эта проблема возникает только при установке нескольких серверов, это не произошло в версии CRM 2013. Это также не происходит при установке одного сервера CRM365.
